Unmarried parents seeking to sign a declaration of parentage for their child(ren) via the California Parentage Opportunity Program can contact the Sacramento County Department of Child Support Services. Parents do not need to open a child support case to sign a declaration of parentage. Child support agency court hearings are heard at this location. They are conducted in Department 132. This information is included in all court hearing documents and can also be obtained by contacting the child support office directly. Children are not permitted in the courtrooms.Child Support Payment Options: PayNearMe options are now available for making child support payments at participating 7-Eleven locations and Dollar General Stores.
